Here’s what to expect when hiring us!
The first order of business is meeting with our clients on-site to inspect the property, answer any questions, determine the scope of the project and be sure we know exactly what our customer wants.
If the project is an insurance claim, we will meet with the adjuster on-site to advocate for our client and be sure everything that should be covered in the claim is included. This is a very important step which can save you thousands of dollars.
Next, we sit down with the customer to finalize the scope of the project, materials, and answer any questions they might have.
The next step is to schedule and complete the project. We know that homeowners are often busy and have strict timelines in mind, so we make it our priority to deliver high-quality, timely results.
Lastly, we schedule a final walk-through and inspection. We go over the final billing for the project with the customer and ensure all of their expectations have been met, if not exceeded.

Summer 2022. This is the second review I am doing for A-List Roofing and Solar. This summer my house suffered a lot of storm damage again. I needed to have the roof replaced, gutters replaced, some wood trim replaced, some windows replaced, and get the house painted.They, especially Ben, took care of everything. They showed up to my house quickly to do the inspections. They took care of contacting my insurance company and got everything going with them. All the work was done in a timely manner and every crew that came out were professional and did quality work. The communication throughout the whole process was great. I was never left wondering or having to constantly contact them.I would definitely use this company again for future work.Summer 2021It was a pleasure to work with A-List Roofing and Solar. Heath and his team have been exceptional since day 1. We have never worked with a contractor before concerning hail damage as homeowners and we can tell you this has been a great first time experience.We had some issues with the insurance company and Heath went to bat for us getting us what we deserved.
